IADFE NOMINATION PROCESS

To attain Fellowship status in the International Academy for Dental-Facial Esthetics, the nominee must fill out the ADFE application form, on-line or hardcopy, and submit it by the indicated date. The application will be reviewed by the Regents, and the successful applicants will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The fee for membership in the Fellowship, if the application is accepted by the ADFE Board, is $550.00. This fee must accompany the application.The successful applicant must be inducted at an International Meeting of the ADFE. The Fellowship is conferred during a cap and gown ceremony at which time new Fellows are presented with the Certificate of Fellowship and the designated membership pin.
